1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Namora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of Platform

You may use our platform for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You must not misuse our platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated tools to scrape data.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@namora.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Product Information

We strive to display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to photography. All weights and dimensions are approximate. We reserve the right to correct any errors.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices. Payment must be completed to confirm your order.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order from My Orders at any time before it is shipped. Once shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Namora (images, text, design, and platform features) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
