This policy explains how and when your Namora order is shipped. Shipping is free on all orders.
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.
We ship across India through our courier partners. Enter your pincode on any product page to check delivery to your area before you order.
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location — checkout shows an estimated delivery date for your pincode. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather or public holidays.
Once your order is shipped you will receive the tracking details by email. You can also follow your order any time from My Orders.
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pincodes; the option is shown at checkout when it applies.
Please do not accept a parcel that looks opened or damaged. If something arrives damaged, write to us at hello@namora.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the delivery could not be completed, we will contact you to re-ship it or refund your payment within 3–5 business days of the parcel reaching us.
